Iron Tank Type High Voltage Test Reactor , Variable Inductance Resonant Reactor , Generator Testing
I. Application :
CHX(L,TX) series large capacity& iron tank-type induction regulation resonance test system is mainly used for AC voltage withstand or of ex-factory AC voltage withstand test to large capacity power genrator .
Note : Iron Tank Type High Voltage Test Reactor with variable frequency resonance also can be mady by order .
HV output bushing on the test reactor can be designed to be horizontal side .
II. Applicable objects
- Field AC voltage withstand and factory AC voltage withstand test of power generator
- PD level detecting during voltage rising for power generator or MV cable
III. Key features
- Iron box style structure, good heat dispersion, being able to operating for long time.
- The input power supply capacitor is only 1/Q that of output.
- Weight as1/5~10 of conventional power frequency test transformer
- No transient overvoltage when breakdown the tester
- Wide applicable range, good flexibility of application, large capacitor range of the
- tester.
- When breakdown the tested object, the resonant condition is damaged, shortcircuit current will be reduced to the minimum automatically, little short-circuit current past on fault point
- Equipped with intelligent measurement and control system, long term of
- intelligently and automatically detect, dispense with staff on duty.
- Could be designed as vehicle mounted and equipped with special test vehicle.
